It was good that Sir Rondina pressured us to write application letters and look for OJT sites as early as February beacause we finished our OJTs early which gave us the time to work on our thesis. I suggest that the incoming Juniors also process their internship applications as early as February because this will help them mange their schedule. Also, based on my experience, I think that having two organizations for a student's OJT site would be a wiser decision than just picking one organization. More opportunities await if you go to two organizations and split your 200 hundred hours. It's also advisable to have each student find her own respective OJT site. I think students should not go together by friends in one organization. Instead, they should try and explore things by themselves. In this way, they will meet more people and new friends and they will work independently on their own without depending on their friends to finish the task that is assigned to them.
